This page will detail my training plan for the 2017 race season

Loosely my training will be based on Dan Atherton’s Enduro training guide.

I’m in the first phase of training which (18 weeks out from the season) involves:

Key activity: Long steady miles to build your base.
Focus: Building volume.
Tips: try and do two or three rides a week, each of which last a minimum of two hours.
